The Weakness of the "Genocide" Bill

So the Armenian bill… what’s the big deal? If the Turks killed all those people then they should be held accountable. That’s it. What’s so complicated?

Unfortunately it’s not that simple.
The Armenians have, for at least the past 30 years, actively lived on for this moment. The existance of the whole nation, especially those who live abroad, has become synonymous with “prove genocide”. The reason for this is simple: the consequences of being the victim of “genocide”. As you know, Israel now collects a percentage from every euro that Germany gains to make up for the suffering. So the Armenians exploit their ancestors for financial gain, and they don’t mind openly bribing whoever’s willing to take their money.
Also, they plan on getting land for their country who is already suffering great economic, political, social and cultural distress, and in war with Azerbaijan over yet more land. The country is suffering because the people who have the means to do something are too busy propagating something that was never proven in the past 90 years.
So why are the Turks denying? Im not going to state any of the facts you’ve been hearing about in the main media. But a few years ago the Turkish government opened it’s archives so that unbiased researchers can come in and research, provided that they also look at the so called “documentation” the Armenians have. The Armenians refused!
Oh, and why is it America’s business? The Armenians have been raising so much money between themselves and their supporters (hugely strategic Turkish “enemies” (i.e. Germany, France, Greece, Russia)) that they have enough dough nowadays to buy out the whole US Democratic Party. “Easy there…” you say? I apologize for my insensitivity; however, if they were really thinking with their heads rather than their pockets, they would not be harming a strategic alliance over something they know absolutley nil about.
What holds you from recognizing the genocide in Darfur for all these years? We didn’t see the Armenian genocide get in the way of recognizing the Holocaust. What held you from recognizing the ethnic cleansing that went on in Bosnia?
Plus, recognizing something AFTER it happens and trying to make up for it to the nth generation after the event, is a lame excuse for the incapability of taking action when it really matters. Is that what you’re going to do with Darfur and the Bosnians? Are you banking on these crimes that are happening in front of the whole world?
What about all the Azeris that are being slaughtered by the Armenians all these years?
Im not even going to talk about the historical facts that are globally well recognized that make their claim absolutely implausible… This is just logical.
The Democrats are trying to overshadow the importance of the Turkish alliance with the States, by mocking “If you stand by me, I’ll see what I can do about your history”. Well, aren’t they using a similar argument? “If you fund my campaigns, I can see what I can do about your wishes.” Have you ever thought about why it was Schwarzenegger who was the first to accept the “genocide” claims in California? Ever try checking relationships?
If the US loses the ties with Turkey, then the whole situation in the Middle-East is going to become worst than anybody ever imagined. Why you say? Look at the countries around Turkey. Is there a single one that would even be willing to answer a call from this side of the Atlantic let alone sit down for negotiations? They do listen to Turkey, they respect Turkey and the Turkish government.
Trying to pass a bill that provides a solution to something is one thing, but trying to pass a bill that will only enforce hatred and racism for money is completely something else. There is no resolution in that bill. Why don’t you pass a bill to use unbiased historians to research and resolve the issue? Why don’t you provide conditions to the Armenians to stop the killings they’ve been doing (i.e. the Azeris)? Why don’t you provide a condition for them to improve their own country that has been there for the last 80 years?
Where is the Democratic Party when all the Turks, Azeris, Africans… are dying… TODAY?
Will Palosi swear to go and live in Armenia if all the genocide in the world doesn’t end with the passing of this bill?
